Plain-language privacy policy. No legalese. Last updated: May 2026.
This page explains what data Digital Vikingz collects, how it's used, and what your rights are. I've written it the way I'd want to read it — in normal English, without lawyer-speak, because if you can't understand a privacy policy, the policy isn't doing its job.
This policy applies to the website at https://digitalvikingz.com/ and any direct communications between you and Digital Vikingz (founder: Usman Ishaq, based in Bahawalpur, Pakistan). It does not cover third-party services we use (those have their own policies, linked below).
Standard analytics data: pages visited, time spent, referrer, approximate location (country/city level), device type, browser. This is collected via Google Analytics and is anonymized — we don't see your name, email, or personal identifiers from analytics.
Calendly collects your name, email, and any information you provide in their intake form. That data goes to Calendly first, then to us. We use it to prepare for the call and follow up afterward — not to add you to marketing sequences.
Email content goes to our Gmail/Google Workspace inbox. We retain emails as part of normal business correspondence. We don't add email senders to mailing lists without explicit opt-in.
Client engagements involve sharing significantly more data — site analytics access, content, sometimes CRM exports for attribution work. This is governed by the engagement contract you sign before any data exchange. Client data is treated as confidential and is not used for any purpose outside the engagement.

Digital Vikingz operates from Pakistan. Some of our third-party providers (Google, Cloudflare, Calendly) are based in the United States or other regions. By using this website, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred internationally.
This website is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data to us, contact us and we'll delete it immediately.
This policy is updated when our data practices change. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the website or via email to active clients.
